After studying Financial Services and Economics at University, I joined the Financial Services industry in 1997, becoming an IFA in 1999 and, having specialised in Estate Planning, I know how important it is to give advice that is both relevant and comprehensive.

Qualified to advise clients in all aspects of Estate Planning including Long Term Care and Inheritance Tax, my focus, by taking their wishes into account, is on achieving the most suitable solution for my clients.

I have seen first-hand, the emotions and confusion that can be caused when someone has to go into care. At a time when there are so many unanswered questions, not only for yourself but also those who you care about, it is essential that the information you receive is clear and concise.

So advising people on the most suitable options, clearly explaining the reasoning behind any recommendation and, giving those concerned, the opportunity of making informed decisions, is of paramount importance to me.

Away from work I am married to Claire (who I met whilst still at school 20 years ago) with 3 children and, although the Children dictate how we spend most of our spare time together, I do try to involve them in my love for the outdoors – so dog walks with bikes are a frequent occurrence.
