Nick Manuel is an independent financial adviser running his own Cardiff based practice who services clients across the length and breadth of the UK.

He is originally from an academic background, having previously obtained a PhD from Cardiff University before becoming involved in research into how learning and memory processes can be enhanced, the results of which could be of potential interest to those looking to improve clinical conditions in this area such as Alzheimer’s.

Now an experienced independent financial adviser, he has been regularly quoted in consumer and trade publications for expert comment and provides advice to clients on a wide range of financial planning requirements. His particular areas of interest are the needs of individuals aged 50+. Nick has recently been awarded the coveted title of Equity Release Planner of the Year 2007 by Money Management Managazine.

Nick lives in Cardiff and is married with two young children, and enjoys golf and gardening in his spare time.
