Norman is true old-style gentleman, he is fully aware of the problems faced by the families of people in care and as such decided to work within the demanding and specialised area some time ago. He is qualified to give advice on care fees planning, lifetime mortgages (equity release), tax matters including Inheritance Tax.

He is a Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a Reader for the Church of England.

Norman believes that his experience within the Church provides him with a special empathy for people in care homes, and genuine sympathy for their situation.

Norman said “People are living longer, and it is important that their long term needs and aspirations are respected. It is also very important that any inheritance they wish to provide to their families and friends is respected and achieved wherever possible”.

Norman is very proud of his involvement with Symponia, he believes the fundamental values echoes his own beliefs entirely.
