Karen Rayner has been an Independent Financial Adviser for over 17 years, specialising in advising the elderly and their families. She is a co-founding partner at The Wealth Care Partnership which was established to provide much needed help and guidance to families who wish to protect their wealth from erosion due to inheritance tax or long term care fees.

Karen was awarded “The Best Long-Term Care Intermediary” at the Health Insurance Awards for 2008 and has written a simple guide for those who are confused about what they need to do when dealing with the financial implications of someone needing care. Many of her clients have entrusted her with their financial affairs for over 15 years, which is testament to the care and personal service she gives them all.

The Wealth Care Partnership works closely with solicitors and care homes in the South of England, advising their clients/residents on long term care financial planning. They have a free helpline for anyone who wishes to ask specific questions and a team of helpful staff who can assist.
