Clive qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and returned to the North West, having studied at the College of Law Chester, to work at Aaron & Partners in 1997. After completing his training, Clive worked for a law firm in the South West of England. His particular work emphasis at Aaron & Partners is on the opportunities for tax saving and asset protection offered by wills, however, his work broadly covers wills, probate, tax and trust matters.

Clive regularly speaks at seminars about making wills, mitigating inheritance tax and protecting assets. He is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly Group and is the only Court of Protection approved panel receiver in Chester. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is authorised in the execution of international wills.
