 Rachel is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and an Age Concern volunteer.

The membership of Solicitors for the Elderly reflects the amount of professional time spent looking after the needs of older clients.

Rachel has been working closely with the clients of Daniel Kassaska of Protection and Investment Limited for a number of years.

Rachel offers home visits to older clients and the disabled in a wide range of areas in West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Rachel deals with a wide range of legal issues usually on a fixed fee basis including:

2. Trusts – for tax planning and for the grandchildren
3. Equity Release
4. The sale and purchase of houses – one to one service and assistance
5. Legal protection from physical, emotional or financial abuse
6. Checking care home contracts and charges

8. Challenging decisions of Social Services and NHS
9. Enduing Powers of Attorney
10. Court of Protection and Receivership applications
11. After death service – to include full or part administration of estate
